Job description – Group Exercise Freelancer (FEMALE)

Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead exercise and instructional sessions and classes, supervise participants

· Conducts excellent GX classes, driving the efficiency of class numbers

· Provide emergency class/instructor cover when necessary

· Conduct induction classes to new members

· Ensure to pass quarterly Quality Control Assessment by GX Manager

· Inspect equipment and report any safety or maintenance needs

· Keep studios area organized and clean

· Daily check All studios, equipment and sound system

· Work closely with GXM with club events and day to day activities

· Actively promote the company through outreach demo presentations

· Attend workshops and modules as required by the company

· Attend on trainings and meetings requested by the GXM or GM

· Maintain a good relationship with members through regular events pertaining to Group Exercise

· Respond on members requests to coordinate with the GX manager

Requirements

· Previous experience in a similar role or extensive experience on group exercise instruction.

· Relevant group exercise instructor qualifications.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Qualified in 2+ Les Mills Programs and / or Freestyle classes

· First Aid Certified
