About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Graphic Design Trainer / Faculty member (Preferably Female) who wants to grow, thrive, and succeed with us. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and a passion for mentoring students as they build their creative careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Training: Conduct comprehensive training for students on industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Lightroom, CorelDRAW, and InPage.

• Design Theory: Educate students on fundamental design concepts, design styles, vector graphics, branding materials, and print production techniques.

• Student Mentorship: Provide hands-on assistance with student queries, track and monitor overall progress and performance, and guide students through professional portfolio development.

• Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage class batch schedules effectively to ensure seamless lesson delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating as a trainer or educator.

• Core Competencies: Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional presentation skills, and a nurturing approach to teaching.

• Age Bracket: 25–35 years old preferred.

• Gender Preference: Preferably Female.
