Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a creative, reliable, and deadline-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support our growing digital marketing and social media content creation efforts.

This role is ideal for a multi-talented creator who possesses strong design skills, video editing experience, and a knack for producing engaging content tailored for digital platforms.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Colombo.

• The selected candidate will work from our Colombo office approximately 3 days per week, with the remaining tasks completed remotely.

• Occasional weekend flexibility may be required based on campaign needs. Daily office attendance is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching social media posts, flyers, banners, and promotional artwork.

• Video Production: Edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips for digital campaigns.

• Platform Optimization: Design tailored campaign creatives specifically for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Content Alignment: Support the broader marketing team with continuous social media asset requirements.

• Quality Control: Deliver assigned creative assets on time, maintaining a high standard of quality and strict brand consistency.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.

• Technical Toolkit: Practical knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar design and editing platforms.

• Market Awareness: A creative mindset with a sharp understanding of current marketing and social media trends.

• Work Ethic: Strong ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio: A portfolio or a collection of previous design and video samples is required for evaluation.

Payment Structure

• A basic monthly payment will be provided for the agreed regular content volume.

• Additional payments will be provided for extra creative assets or video edits completed beyond the baseline scope.
