ExxonMobil in Singapore
ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.
We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
As Singapore serves as the AP hub for some of our businesses, we employ about 3,500 people across positions in operations, projects, commercial, corporate support functions and others.
ExxonMobil also contributes to community programs in Singapore that support the arts, education, health and the environment.
What you will do
– Conduct an overall assessment of site security programs, identifying gaps and working with the client to mitigate risks as appropriate.
– Conduct and coordinate investigations.
– Prepare threat assessments, security reviews and corporate intelligence communications.
– Assist with the protection of personnel, assets and information including enhancements as the threat escalates.
– Assist with the development of security business plans.
– Support the planning and execution of security programs for selected Company events and Executive Protection assignments.
– Assist in risk reduction efforts and the implementation of security program reviews, surveys and training.
– Support key business initiatives by developing and disseminating threat-related intelligence.
– Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal and national governments and law enforcement agencies in order to ensure the timely flow of intelligence and threat information that may impact the security of personnel and operations.
– Assist in the development of security procedures and implementation plans for technical security projects and in the evaluation of existing systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
– Develop strategies and plans for the implementation of new or updated security practices, processes or requirements.
– Participate in Emergency Response teams and deployments as appropriate.
– Moderate overseas business travel
About you
Skills and Qualifications
– A minimum of five years‘ experience in law enforcement, military, or security related private sector jobs
– Demonstrated ability to conduct complex investigations
– Demonstrated experience reviewing Intelligence products and extrapolating actionable guidance
– Demonstrated experience providing security recommendations and briefings to senior management based on identified threat assessments
– Knowledge of technical security systems
