Job Description
As a General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it’s about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.

You will balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.

You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel.

We are seeking a highly accomplished hospitality leader with extensive senior-level experience in luxury resort operations across Europe and Australia, along with proven exposure to South Asian resort environments.
Master Strategic Resort Governance and Commercial Growth
In this high-impact leadership position, you will own the operational and financial health of the resort, serving as the primary link between regional strategy and on-the-ground execution. Your daily focus will involve working closely with Heads of Department to identify new business opportunities, optimize the hotel budget, and ensure absolute compliance with international safety and legislative standards. By maintaining a sharp eye for detail and fostering a “Yes I Can!” culture, you will ensure the smooth running of the hotel while proactively solving complex problems. Your leadership will be the driving force that maximizes brand reputation and delivers the superior commercial results expected by our stakeholders.
