Job description – Front Office Reception- Russian Speaker

We are currently looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is fluent in Russian to join a 4 Star Hotel in Sharjah, UAE.

As the Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the company’s general email inbox. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will be fluent in Russian and have previous experience working in a front office or customer service role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software is also required.

Package Offered:
Basic Salary: AED 1600
Language Allowance: AED 300
