Position: Front Office Assistant
Company: Miracle-Ear
Location: Waco, Texas (Applications handled by the regional team; do not visit local stores)
Pay: $18–$19 per hour + monthly bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do

Greet and support customers in person and over the phone

Schedule and confirm appointments

Call customers to remind them about services

Handle basic office work (billing, inventory, updating records)

Help promote store events and support hearing aid sales

Clean and check hearing aid devices
What You Need
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in customer service or admin work (2+ years preferred)
-
Comfortable making calls and using a computer
-
Healthcare office experience is a plus
-
Motivated and friendly personality
