Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent located in Sharjah. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone calls with proper phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and managing reservations. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and customer service skills
• Expertise in handling phone calls with proper phone etiquette
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in managing reservations and booking systems
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and issues professionally and courteously
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
