Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Freelancer in Training based in Dubai. The Freelancer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, designing instructional materials, and providing support to learners. Daily tasks include creating training content, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and experience in customer service
• Expertise in training & development and instructional design
• Proficiency in instructional design
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the luxury or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
