Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and oversee our finance function, ensuring efficient financial operations, compliance, and strategic decision support. The role involves managing budgets, cash flow, reporting, tax compliance, and guiding a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational goals.

Key Duties

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.

• Optimize cash flow and oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.

• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s financial position.

• Manage and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and professional development.

• Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, including tax compliance.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

• MBA or CPA certification is desirable.

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
