Job Title:
Field Operator

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is seeking a Field Operator for a client in the Oil & Energy industry.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Field Operator or related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry equipment and processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in varying shifts and travel as required.
