Our F&B Captain will oversee the daily operations of our All-Day Dining Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate team to meet service standards
• Lead by example and motivate the team for operational excellence
• Address guest requests and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager and Supervisor to manage inventory and supplies
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Communicate between kitchen and service teams

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills in English, high attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
