Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager, currently based in the UAE, to lead and manage the hotel’s F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both all-day dining and banquet operations. This role requires a hands-on leader dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations
.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an F&B Manager in the UAE
• Proven leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of banquet operations, beverage management, and food pairings
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Proficiency in POS systems, financial reporting, and operational best practices
