Job Overview

Arcadia Global School, Dubai is a dedicated and compassionate ELL Inclusion Teacher for Foundation Stage who can join immediately. The successful candidate will be working as part of the school’s Inclusion team, ensuring students have the required support to maximise their full school experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Fully qualified teacher holding BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ELL Inclusion Teacher, with the ability to teach at the Foundation level.
• Experience working with ELL students in diverse educational settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with British educational standards and regulations related to inclusion.
• Committed and dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission and values.
• A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the wider school community.
• An advocate for inclusive practice, with a passion for enriching the opportunities of all learners.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies for ELL students.
• Provide direct support and coaching to teachers on best practices for integrating ELL students into mainstream classrooms.
• Assist in creating individualized learning plans (ILPs) for ELL students.
• Work with ELL students one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional support and intervention.
• Coordinate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ELL programs and strategies.
