Job description – Expert Process Safety and Risk Manager
Job Title: Process Safety and Risk Management Expert
The process safety and risk management expert will provide critical support to departments across the Idd El-Shargi Asset. This involves effectively participating in the assessment and evaluation of operational risks for existing and new installations. The role also requires participation in the development and implementation of process safety/risk management programs across the asset.

Experience:
• Extensive experience in risk management studies, e.g., QRA, HAZID, HAZOP, BOW TIE, ORA.
• Experience in MAHM/Safety Case Development, Safety Critical Element/Barrier management, and PSMS Implementation.
• 15+ years of total experience, preferably in a multi-national or O&G organization, including offshore experience with related process safety and major accident hazard management.
• Certified Lead Auditor by IRCA or equivalent international register in HSE is a plus.
• 5+ years of total experience working in HSE risk management and PSMS, preferably in O&G operations.
• Experience in a process safety/risk management/engineering/HSE supervisory/managerial position or consultant/auditor, or working for a consultancy/audit firm, will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English, analytical skills, and high degree of computer literacy.
