Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site leadership and sales role based in Colombo. As an Executive, Senior Executive, or Associate Manager within the Fixed Deposits department, you will drive deposit mobilization through proactive customer engagement. You will be responsible for promoting financial products, managing high-value relationships, and ensuring seamless account management while meeting key growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively promote fixed deposit products to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with diverse customers to ensure retention and loyalty.

Customer Engagement: Efficiently manage customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on deposit-related financial solutions.

Operational Excellence: Oversee account-related activities, ensuring all documentation and processes are handled with precision.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies and industry regulatory requirements during the mobilization process.

Service Delivery: Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity to ensure a superior customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education

Education: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in the financial services sector, specifically in Fixed Deposit mobilization, is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using modern financial technology and software to manage accounts and documentation.
