Key Duties

As an Event Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and strong partnerships.

• Managing existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth and new business development.

• Preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with internal technical and production teams.

• Overseeing event planning and execution, coordinating with production, AV, and logistics staff to meet timelines and budgets.

• Supporting sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and business expansion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the UAE events industry, preferably with AV project exposure.

• Strong background in account management and client relations within events/AVL.

• Technical understanding of AV equipment and event production processes (advantage).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
