Requirements of this Estimator role:
• 5+ years’ experience in an Estimator role on medium-sized ground-up projects
• USACE and/or NAVFAC project background
• Ability to interpret documents to develop scopes of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must thrive in a team environment with multiple projects running simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• On-Screen Takeoff and Timberline and/or similar software a plus
• Experience in design-build and self-perform estimating a plus
