Job description – Ecommerce Coordinator

One of our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join their team! Working Hours and Days: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6 days a week (Mon to Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily e-commerce operations, including aging inventory management, customer inquiries, and logistics coordination
• Ensure smooth back end support for online sales platforms
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in the retail/e-commerce sector
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
