Driver with Sales Experience

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:1. Driving & Delivery
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to customers as per assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of goods to prevent damage.
• Verify delivery documents and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle at all times.

2. Sales & Customer Service
• Promote and sell company products during deliveries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle cash/cheque collections and provide receipts.

3. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, collections, and returns.
• Submit daily sales and delivery reports to the Sales Supervisor.
• Report any customer feedback, complaints, or market trends.

4. Compliance & Safety
• Follow all UAE traffic regulations and company driving policies.
• Ensure vehicle documents, licenses, and permits are valid at all times.
• Adhere to company policies, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license (Manual/Light Vehicle).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a driver; sales experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and routes.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• Physically fit to load/unload goods.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
