Job description – Driver, Ecommerce, Business

We have an established e-commerce store based in Dubai, specializing in a wide range of products. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

The E-commerce Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the smooth functioning of our online store. The key responsibilities include:

Operations:
● Regularly visit suppliers to purchase various products.
● Daily packing of products at the warehouse to ensure efficient organization and timely order fulfillment.
● Resolve product exchanges and returns by personally visiting customers and suppliers.

Logistics:
● Facilitate daily drop-offs with couriers and coordinate courier collections from the warehouse, optimizing delivery efficiency.
● Deposit of cash from couriers to ensure timely and secure handling of financial transactions.

Database Update and Online

Activities:

● Maintain daily records by tracking invoices and creating airway bills.
● Ensure the Shopify dashboard is updated with the latest fulfillment information
● Updating and maintaining fulfillment details on the Shopify dashboard to ensure accurate and up-to-date order processing information.
● Responsively address customer inquiries on Whats App.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
● Basic knowledge of Computer and tech-savvy to operate platforms like Shopify.
● Hindi language proficiency for communication with suppliers and customers.
● UAE Driving License.
● Own a car.

Nice to Have:
● Ability to handle work under pressure.
● Proficient in written and spoken English.
