We are looking for a precision-oriented Distribution Rate Executive to join our corporate team in Colombo. Responsibilities:

Load, update, and manage rates across Opera, SynXis, and other distribution systems.
Maintain and create deposit and cancellation policies, ensuring consistency across properties.
Oversee profile attachments, maintenance, and updates in accordance with data standards.
Enforce SOPs for data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance across all systems.
Conduct proactive and reactive communication with properties and central reservations, to ensure rates and policies remain current.
Troubleshoot reservation and booking system integration issues, coordinating with IT where required.
Manage group-wide inventory across distribution systems to optimise availability.
Configure, maintain, and support new property onboarding within reservation platforms.
Create, maintain, and update SOPs while cataloguing and storing all documentation relevant to system operations.

Requirements:

You have 3–5 years of experience in reservations, distribution, or systems support within the luxury hospitality industry.
You are highly proficient in Opera, SynXis, or similar reservation and distribution systems.
You are detail-oriented, with exceptional accuracy in data management and system maintenance.
You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and are confident in troubleshooting technical and system-related issues.
You are an effective communicator, able to collaborate with colleagues across multiple properties and departments.
Proactive and organised, with strong multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
Deep commitment to maintaining ultra-luxury standards in every task and interaction.
You are adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital reporting tools.

Master System Integrity and Global Rate Strategy

As the Distribution Rate Executive, you will be the primary technical liaison between Aman’s global resorts and our central reservations infrastructure. Your mission is to master the intricate data flow within Opera, SynXis, and Revenue Management Systems to ensure 100% accuracy in rate loading and inventory availability. You will own the creation and enforcement of standard operating procedures, acting as a troubleshooter for complex integration issues and a facilitator for new property onboarding. By meticulously managing cancellation policies and profile data standards, you ensure that our global booking channels operate with the surgical precision required to deliver a seamless, world-class experience to every Aman guest.
