Job Description:

As a subject matter expert in ADNOC Trading, you will manage digital change and ensure that solutions meet the needs of business users and IT colleagues. You will be responsible for systems operations management, including gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable steps for developers.

Key responsibilities include testing system fixes and changes to ensure they are implemented correctly, providing training and ongoing support for users, determining priority of fixes and changes with stakeholders, and becoming a subject matter expert in ADNOC Trading processes and digital solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 6+ years of work experience in an IT department
Technical Competencies:
• Solid understanding of basic IT concepts, skills, and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Experience in managing digital change
Behavioural Competencies:
• Organized approach to managing workload
• Clear communication skills
• Confidence working with colleagues at all levels
