Job description – Deputy Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to support and drive our sales operations. The candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and leading the sales team.
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individua
l and team targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated client issues.
• Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales objectives.
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Requirements
• MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
