Job description – Data Collection Specialist

Conduct field visits to designated entities as per schedule Collect data using mobile/web FOG Watch application Ensure all mandatory data points are captured clearly and correctly Avoid duplication or misclassification during entry Submit daily activity log including sites visited, number of entities, issues encountered Report any irregularities or challenges faced in the field Provide data status updates to the Team Leader for consolidation Coordinate with entity focal points for access and timing Introduce the purpose and scope of data collection professionally Record any feedback or resistance from the field Maintain a respectful and cooperative approach during visits Conduct brief awareness sessions when needed Distribute information material where applicable Clarify system purpose (FOGWatch) to GTCCs/entities Record any key observations or insights from stakeholders Use the FOGWatch system effectively on mobile/table tReport application issues, bugs, or data sync errors Capture screenshots or notes when encountering system problems Assist in basic troubleshooting or clarification when required Revisit entities when instructed to correct/validate entries Check physical or digital records when needed Compare field findings with existing system data Coordinate with fellow team members for consistency Attend all required HSE and system training Always wear official company ID on site Follow safety and conduct guidelines during field work Immediately report any safety or access related concerns Attend daily or weekly team briefings Provide input during planning sessions Assist other team members if needed Share best practices or lessons learned from the field Data Collection Minimum Highschool Language – English Mandatory, Arabic & Hindi added advantage Age limit -20 to 40
