The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their challenges are resolved and their onboarding needs are met. You will act as a trusted partner, helping users feel confident and supported while utilizing our technology. This role is ideal for those looking to sharpen their analytical and relationship-building skills within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Query Management: Handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist clients with account setup and configurations, ensuring a seamless transition and high product adoption.

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term partnerships by deeply understanding and addressing specific client needs.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with development and onboarding teams to integrate client feedback into product improvements.

  • Documentation: Track and record client interactions to maintain clear communication across all departments.

  • Global Exposure: Maintain flexibility to support clients across different time zones, including UK hours when required.


Qualifications

  • Experience: More than two years of experience in a customer support role.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedicated customer-first attitude.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle complex client queries effectively.

  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools and SaaS products; prior experience in tech-support is a plus.

  • Adaptability: A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
