Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Log and manage all interactions using a CRM system.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.

Meet performance targets and adhere to company standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or support role.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (please specify in your application).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
