Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Gampaha. In this pivotal role, you will handle client inquiries, manage support requests, resolve technical or logistical issues, and provide both online and in-person assistance. Excellent communication and swift problem-solving skills are essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a seamless, luxury experience for our global clientele.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in Customer Support, Hospitality, or Customer Service roles.

Client Care: Strong skills in managing high-value customer interactions and driving premium customer satisfaction.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in providing efficient online support and troubleshooting technical issues.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with total fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage).

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively on-site in Gampaha and adapt quickly to dynamic, fast-paced situations.

Education: GCE A/L qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
