Role Profile

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the front-line representative for our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: Managing call center operations and handling client inquiries efficiently.

  • Communication: Engaging with clients via telephone and other communication channels with professionalism and clarity.

  • Information Management: Interviewing clients to accurately verify and log their information.

  • Operational Efficiency: Multi-tasking effectively while maintaining strong time management to resolve customer needs promptly.

Requirements

  • Education: Successful completion of GCE A/Ls. School leavers are highly encouraged to apply!

  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala are a must.

  • Tech Skills: Practical knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.

  • Core Abilities: Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
