Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative Associate to join our Abu Dhabi team on a part-time basis. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals and is designed for individuals who excel in customer service, problem-solving, and operational support. The position requires handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, managing complaints, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- 
Provide timely and professional customer support via calls, emails, and other channels.
 - 
Handle inquiries, service quotes, and case management efficiently.
 - 
Assist with account creation, basic onboarding, and booking processes.
 - 
Resolve complaints and escalated issues while ensuring high service standards.
 - 
Identify anomalies in procedures and apply judgment to resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
 - 
Support operational hubs in completing defined processes accurately and on time.
 - 
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to internal and external guidelines.
 
Requirements
- 
UAE National.
 - 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
 - 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 - 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
 - 
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
 - 
Previous customer service or operational experience is desirable.
