Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist with administrative and key account management activities

• Support the organisation and coordination of client training programs

• Work closely with the Consultancy Team on marketing and training initiatives

• Assist in conducting market research and analysis

• Work full-time from our office in Nawala Colombo

Who Should Apply

You should apply only if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Are a recent graduate seeking long-term career growth

• You have good communication skills in English

• Can work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at our Colombo office and half-day Saturdays (mostly working from home on Saturdays)

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional B2B environment

• Have full professional proficiency in English

Master Strategic Account Management and B2B Operations

In this pivotal role, you will act as a primary support engine for our consultancy team, gaining hands-on exposure to high-level B2B client management. Your mission involves moving beyond observational learning to take real responsibility for administrative oversight and the coordination of corporate training programs. By working directly with our consultants on marketing initiatives and conducting deep-dive market research, you will develop the analytical and interpersonal skills necessary to progress into a Junior Executive position.
