Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Specialist to join a leading group in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support HR teams across subsidiaries, ensure consistency in HR operations, and help align HR practices with company goals. You will also manage HR systems, reporting, and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

HR Partnership & Support

  • Act as the main HR contact for subsidiary HR teams and business leaders.

  • Support the rollout of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the group.

  • Help with workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Ensure HR activities align with the company’s overall strategy.

HR Operations & Standardization

  • Oversee daily HR operations at the group level.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance reviews.

  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance and process accuracy.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

HR Systems Integration (SAP / HRIS)

  • Lead and maintain HR system integrations (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).

  • Ensure HR data is accurate, updated, and reported on time.

  • Work with IT and vendors to solve technical issues and improve system efficiency.

  • Train and support HR teams on system use.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze HR data from subsidiaries to identify trends and insights.

  • Create dashboards and reports on metrics such as headcount, turnover, and training.

  • Provide data-based recommendations to support HR and business goals.

Presentation & Communication

  • Prepare HR presentations and reports for management meetings.

  • Clearly communicate HR updates and findings to leadership and teams.

  • Support HR leaders with communication materials and policy updates.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10–12 years’ experience in HR operations at a corporate or group level.

  • Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar.

  • Good understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CIPD Level 5, SHRM, or equivalent.

  • Experience in HR digital transformation or automation projects.

  • Familiarity with advanced HR analytics tools.
