Duration: 17 months (Extendable)
Hours/rotation:
Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).
Salary range:
Excellent salary package with benefits.
• Single Status.
• Accommodation (Meals) provided by the company.
• Transportation provided by the company.
• Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).
• Supervisors report to the construction manager, with exceptions for MCS and PIS reporting to MSP when on site.
• The electrical supervisor directs subcontractor activities, ensuring work is performed according to schedules, project documents, safety, quality, and subcontract terms.
• Supports may be delegated to assistants.
Duties and responsibilities
• Check supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule prior to work start.
• Ensure schedule compliance and promote actions to recover delays.
• Verify adequacy of equipment and manpower, and conformity to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare nonconformity registers and coordinate resolutions.
• Detect and rectify design errors or request changes from site engineers.
• Approve subcontractors’ work progress sheets.
• Assist in defining new prices, preparing amendments, and analyzing claims.
• Collaborate with the project team on constructability and feasibility studies, civil proposals, and scope definitions.
Person Specification
Knowledge & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience.
• Significant EPC Oil & Gas or Refinery project experience.
Skills and Abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and management skills.
• Teamoriented, selfmotivated, and proactive in problemsolving.
