Key Duties

As a Community Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers at our Gainesville location. Your role is to create a welcoming, supportive environment that allows professionals to focus on their business while you take care of operational and administrative needs. Daily activities may include:

• Greeting and assisting clients and visitors with workspace, technology, and meeting room needs.

• Handling incoming calls, mail distribution, and package management.

• Supporting event planning, such as networking sessions, and promoting community engagement.

• Troubleshooting customer requests, such as IT setup or facility adjustments, and escalating issues when necessary.

• Ensuring accurate billing and service records.

• Maintaining a professional, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Requirements

We are seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys variety in their workday. Successful candidates will bring:

• At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.

• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT equipment.

• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and minimum age of 18.
