Job description – Cluster Purchasing Executive

Job Description Identify and evaluate new suppliers. Maintain approved supplier database. Obtain and compare quotations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Process purchase requisitions and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders). Ensure timely ordering and delivery of goods and services. Track order status and follow up with suppliers. Coordinate with end users to confirm specifications and requirements. Monitor and control purchasing costs. Assist in budget preparation by providing cost estimates. Report price trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities making periodical contracts. Maintain proper records of quotations, contracts, and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Support audits with required documentation. Liaise with concerned departments in related to AMC schedule and initiate. Maintain AMC records and ensure timely follow-ups for renewals Liaise with OA officials on AMC-related queries and provide the required documentation Collaborate with Finance for payment processing. Coordinate with departments for urgent or special requests. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports. Highlight pending orders, delays, or critical issues. Provide analysis of supplier performance.
