Job description – Clinic Call Centre cum Admin Staff
Responsibilities
· Perform inbound and outbound calls
Perform general admin duties and reception duties
· Schedule patients for outpatient appointments and surgeries
· Manage and resolve patient complaints and enquiries
· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
· Work with colleagues to resolve patient issues
· Provide produce and service information to patients
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Follow up patient calls and emails where necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
Requirements
• Completed “N” levels / ”O” levels / ”A” levels / NITEC or higher / Diploma or higher
• Computer-literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Self-motivated, results-driven
• Working days: 5.5 days
