Role Overview

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience, resolve concerns, and foster lasting partnerships. This role also focuses on project supervision and maintaining a productive, engaged environment for the employees dedicated to your clients.

Work Details:

  • Mode: Hybrid (Flexibility to work from home during early morning hours).

  • Shift: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Sri Lankan Time), Monday to Friday.

  • Location: Orion City, Dematagoda.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Act as the lead contact for clients, building trust and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Onboarding & Guidance: Lead the client onboarding journey and provide expert guidance on products, tools, and workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Project Oversight: Supervise client projects, track KPIs, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.

  • Metrics & Analysis: Monitor client performance, analyze key data points, and provide comprehensive progress reports.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Address client concerns swiftly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Employee Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with staff members working on client accounts to ensure productivity and morale.

  • Growth Identification: Recognize opportunities for upselling and help clients achieve their strategic business goals.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in client success, account management, or a similar relationship-focused role.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM tools and data analysis.

  • Mindset: A client-centric approach with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
