Job Overview

Bulgari is seeking a Client Advisor & Sales Support professional to deliver a premium shopping experience at our Dubai boutique. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, supporting boutique operations, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will be experienced in luxury retail, possess deep product knowledge, and demonstrate expertise in client relationship management.


Key Duties

  • Welcome and engage clients, offering tailored advice and guidance to ensure a memorable boutique experience.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively introducing the brand to new customers.

  • Manage the sales process from initial greeting to final packaging, applying effective selling techniques to maximize opportunities.

  • Capture and update client information in the CRM system for follow-ups, personalized marketing, and client development initiatives.

  • Perform after-sales activities, including product returns, repairs, and service inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Support boutique operations by ensuring visual merchandising standards, boutique cleanliness, and organization.

  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and brand training to continuously enhance knowledge and performance.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, preferably with Bulgari or similar high-end brands.

  • Strong expertise in High Jewelry and High-End product sales.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

  • Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and client engagement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintaining integrity and professionalism.

  • Knowledge of store procedures, visual merchandising, and luxury brand standards.
