Job description – Cashier -Real estate sector

Job brief:

We are looking for a Cashier with a real estate experiences to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently, handles cash and other payment methods, maintains accurate records, and provides excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
• Handling cash, checks, credit card, and potentially cryptocurrency transactions related to property sales, rent, or other fees.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, invoices, and payment details.
• Managing cash drawers, reconciling balances, and ensuring security of funds.
• Providing excellent service to clients, answering inquiries about payments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Ensuring all transactions adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as accounting or property management, to ensure smooth payment processing.

Requirements and skills:
• 3-4 years of work experiences as a Cashier or in a similar role in Real estate companies.
• Female candidate required.
• Strong PC knowledge and MS office.
• Excellent math skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
• cashier: 3 years (Preferred)
