Career Counselor – UAE

We are seeking a qualified and student-focused Career Counselor to join our secondary school team and guide students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students on career planning, subject selection, and university pathways

Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career aspirations

Support students with university applications, personal statements, and scholarship guidance

Organize career fairs, university visits, and guest speaker sessions

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external institutions to ensure holistic student support

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university admission requirements (UK, US, Canada, etc.)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Recognized certification in career counseling or guidance

Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting as a Career Counselor

Familiarity with British and international curriculum pathways

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English
