About the job – Care Support Associate
Job Purpose
The job-holder is responsible to provide personalized, specialized and cost-effective care to the patients in accordance to established
Duties & Responsibilities and Duties (80%)
- Assists in providing basic care for patients and general duties
- Assists in observing and reporting patient’s condition and progress
- Assists nurses in carrying out procedures
- Observes, collects and tests specimens as instructed
- Assists with admission and orientation of conscious patients with stable condition
- Maintains clean and safe environment
- Assists with general duties as assigned by Nurse Manager/Senior Nurse Manager
Requirements:
- Completed HCA course
- Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts
