Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ragama for a dedicated Business Development professional. In this role, you will manage vital client relationships, assess specific IT and business requirements, and recommend tailored technical solutions. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, crafting professional proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations to secure new business. Success in this role requires close collaboration with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications

Relationship Management: Proven skills in account management, client relations, and strategic business development.

Sales Expertise: Experience in developing sales strategies, handling negotiations, and consistently meeting targets.

Communication: High proficiency in presentation and interpersonal communication.

Technical Awareness: Knowledge of IT solutions, Cloud Systems, and Network Infrastructure is a significant advantage.

Teamwork: A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar sales or account management role is highly advantageous.
