Job Overview

Impronics Technologies is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our SaaS business in the Pay-Per-Call (PPC) and call tracking space. You will find new clients, manage relationships, and help increase revenue, especially in the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, including advertisers, brokers, and publishers.

  • Plan and execute sales strategies using LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking.

  • Give product demos and explain call tracking features.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and recommend Impronics’ solutions.

  • Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Track industry trends and competitor products.

  • Provide feedback to improve products and features.

  • Work with marketing to improve messaging and campaigns.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, Pay-Per-Call, or call tracking.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing companies (CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, MaxBounty, Awin, Admitad, etc.).

  • Strong skills in solution selling, account management, and client acquisition.

  • Knowledge of performance marketing, VoIP, and call attribution.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with MarTech or SaaS platforms.

  • Working with US clients or international markets.

  • Skills in lead nurturing and creating proposals.
