Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Prepare proposals and close deals

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills ( Fluent in English & Sinhala)

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
