Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand visibility and market share. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategy, making it ideal for professionals who excel in campaign management, product development, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with internal teams and global partners to ensure Takamaka Rum’s positioning reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Key Duties
- 
Drive sustainability programs across the business, ensuring meaningful actions beyond communication.

Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, PR, social, and traditional media channels.
 - 
Oversee product-related projects including packaging, labeling, and compliance in collaboration with global teams.
 - 
Develop and implement annual brand strategies aligned with business objectives and global positioning.
 - 
Manage creation and distribution of branded merchandise to support retail and distributors.
 - 
Provide creative direction for photoshoots, content creation, and distributor toolkits.
 - 
Organize partnerships, sponsorships, and events to build brand awareness and engagement.
 - 
Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
 - 
Champion the brand internally, ensuring consistent alignment across departments.
 - 
Maintain digital asset libraries and merchandise portals, keeping resources updated.
 - 
Oversee direct consumer outreach initiatives, including database engagement.
 - 
Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI on activities.
 
Requirements
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 - 
At least 5 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within beverages, FMCG, or spirits.
 - 
Proven success in developing and growing consumer brands.
 - 
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, consumer insights, and brand positioning.
 - 
Experience collaborating with creative and media agencies.
 - 
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
 - 
Strong analytical mindset with project management expertise.
 - 
Passion for lifestyle brands and the premium spirits sector is highly desirable.
