Job Overview

We are looking for a Branch Relationship Manager to help grow our retail banking business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support important clients at the branch

• Offer financial advice and help with investments

• Suggest suitable banking products to customers

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

• Increase the bank’s share of the customer’s wallet (cross-selling)

• Make sure customer service is smooth and follows bank policies

• Use digital tools for planning and product suggestions

Other Responsibilities

• Connect with local business dealers to bring in new clients

• Work with other teams to improve customer experience

• Help test and apply new ideas to improve branch operations
