About the Job

GameStop is looking for a friendly and motivated Assistant Store Manager, lead team members, and make sure customers have a great experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and help customers

• Answer questions and solve problems

• Manage daily store activities

• Train and guide team members

• Help with sales, stocking, and store organization

• Handle cash, store reports, and deposits

• Make sure the store is clean and safe

• Support online order pickups and returns

What You Need

• At least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months of retail management experience (preferred)

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience

• Passion for gaming is a plus

• Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
