Panasian Power PLC is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Sales Executive – Solar. This opportunity is ideal for energetic, goal-oriented individuals interested in renewable energy sales and customer relationship management within Sri Lanka’s rapidly expanding solar energy sector.

The company owns and operates multiple mini-hydro power plants and commercial rooftop solar projects, dedicated to delivering sustainable, affordable, and eco-friendly energy alternatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Expansion: Assist in promoting and selling innovative solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify prospects, generate sales leads, and follow up diligently on customer inquiries.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct customer visits, support sales presentations, and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships with excellent after-sales care.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery departments to ensure smooth and timely project handovers.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales tracking records and prepare regular performance reports for management.

  • Field Marketing: Support localized promotional campaigns and educational awareness activities to drive market interest.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, with a distinct preference for individuals from the solar or renewable energy sectors.

  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of solar energy products, technical configurations, and services.

  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

  • Languages: Fluency in Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.

  • Logistics: A valid driving license is mandatory. Immediate availability will be highly prioritized.
