Africa Sales Manager Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our dynamic team as an Africa Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales of PE Lamination and Stretch Films, Food & Hygiene in Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• To drive the profitable growth of the African market by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• To work closely with the Managing Director (owner) to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• To maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base in Africa.
• To provide regular sales reports and insights to support business growth decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• A Master’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record in sales.
• Strong understanding of the PE Lamination and Stretch Films, Food & Hygiene markets in Africa.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• Results-driven and able to meet targets.
