Job Overview

Appetite Catering Services LLC is looking for a reliable Admin & HR Officer to join our Head Office in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling HR tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain employee records in HR-ERP systems and trackers.

  • Assist with visa processes for new hires, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Upload and manage employee documents in the Electronic Library and ERP.

  • Act as the main contact for site HR teams and employee queries.

  • Prepare reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

  • Support daily HR and admin tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

  • Handle confidential employee information professionally.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years HR and admin experience in the UAE.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Good communication in English and Hindi.

  • Familiar with HR-ERP systems.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

  • Available to join immediately.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in catering or hospitality HR.

  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.

  • Familiar with employee onboarding and documentation.
